Two UHaul people stepped up with great support and extra effort in my time of need. First, Alyssa dug deep into UHaul databases to find a low volume van model nearing the auction block. She found one within 50 miles that might be available the next day. She passed the torch to Eric Hillis who manages the truck repair facility and vehicles being processed for auction, quite an overwhelming task when you see the magnitude. Eric systematically defined the requirements and options so we could check off each step and close my purchase in only a few hours. In tandem to that work, Eric delivered the van to the UHaul rental site nearby so I could return my rental, all in one trip. Fabulous work by both people, professional and very highly appreciated. Truly great employees.

I want to give U-HAUL a big thank you! I was wanting a tow dolly and U-HAUL has a super deal on a very good used one. The tow dollies they are selling are heavy-duty. They make all the other brands look like "tinker toys"! If you are looking to buy a tow dolly, U-HAUL is the only place you need to look.
